Role Description The Digital Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Navi Mumbai. In this role, the Digital Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective clients, present RUCARDS’ prepaid and voucher solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals. The role also involves maintaining client relationships,



coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery, and tracking sales performance using CRM and reporting tools. The Digital Sales Executive will collaborate with marketing and product teams to support campaigns, gather market feedback, and contribute to revenue growth targets.
Qualifications
Strong digital and inside sales capabilities, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
Knowledge of prepaid solutions, vouchers, cards, or fintech products, with the ability to explain features and benefits clearly.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate with corporate clients.
Comfort with CRM systems, basic data analysis, and using digital tools to track and report sales activities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
