We are looking for an experienced Head – Enterprise Business & Sales who wants to build the business, not simply manage a sales target.
Role Objective
The role will be responsible for developing and executing the enterprise business strategy for CludoBits, building strategic customer relationships, creating large solution-led opportunities and developing a high-performance enterprise sales team.




The ideal candidate should have a robust track record of selling IT solutions directly to enterprise customers from an IT System Integrator, OEM or technology solutions organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Business Development
Develop and execute the enterprise sales strategy aligned with CludoBits Vision 2030.
Build and manage strategic relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Heads, Infrastructure Heads, Plant Heads and Procurement leadership.
Develop new enterprise accounts and expand existing strategic customers.
Drive large-value, multi-technology solution opportunities.
Build a healthy enterprise sales pipeline and improve conversion ratios.
Identify whitespace opportunities through account mining, cross-selling and up-selling.
