Job Summary
We are looking for a Client Service Executive with experience in the Virtual Assistant industry to manage client communication, understand requirements, and ensure excellent service delivery. Experience working with US clients and handling both chat and voice processes is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day communication with US clients through voice, chat, and email.
· Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication via phone and email.
· Coordinate with internal teams, especially Quality Assurance, to ensure the timely delivery of top-tier service.
· Address client queries and resolve issues promptly, meeting SLAs and client expectations.
· Help generate revenue and contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal VA teams for timely execution.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Address client queries, concerns,
and service-related issues effectively.
· Follow up on requests and ensure timely resolution.
· Monitor service quality and client satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and requirements.
Requirements
· 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/customer support, preferably in the VA industry.
· Experience working with US clients is preferred.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
· Experience in chat and voice processes.
· Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
· Solid coordination and follow-up abilities.
· Willingness to work in US shifts.
