Role Description The Fragrance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at our Noida facility. This role is responsible for developing, evaluating, and optimizing fragrances for a wide range of personal care products, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, regulatory requirements,



and market trends. The Fragrance Manager will collaborate closely with R&D;, product development, marketing, and manufacturing teams to brief, select, and refine fragrance profiles, as well as manage fragrance libraries and documentation. Day-to-day activities include conducting olfactory assessments, coordinating with fragrance houses and raw material suppliers, monitoring stability and performance of fragrances in different formulations, and providing technical guidance on fragrance integration during scale-up and production. The role also involves tracking consumer preferences, maintaining high sensory quality standards, and supporting client presentations with fragrance recommendations and insights.
Qualifications
Robust expertise in fragrance development, evaluation, and selection for personal care and cosmetic products, including familiarity with essential oils and aroma chemicals.
