Own how every Saince Pharmacy store looks, feels, and sells — bringing our brand vision to life as a consistent, premium, revenue-generating in-store experience across the chain.

Why this role matters
This is where brand vision meets the physical shelf.
You will define what makes a Saince Pharmacy store distinctive — the reason a customer chooses us and remembers the experience. This is a founder-priority hire with direct access to, and a direct mandate from, the CEO, and the creative freedom to set the standard from the ground up.

What you'll own




Set and implement the visual merchandising standard. Define store layouts, zoning, category adjacencies, product placement, signage, fixtures, visibility and customer journey — and convert the standards into practical planograms, guidelines and execution checklists that can be replicated across every store.
Build the wellness & fitness destination. Create compelling product stories and category zones across wellness, nutrition, fitness, personal care and self-care. Ensure these categories are not simply stocked, but visually curated to become a key reason customers visit Saince Pharmacy.
Own planograms and store-level execution. Develop, implement and periodically revise planograms based on store size, category priorities, product availability, sales performance and customer behaviour. Monitor execution at store level and ensure deviations are corrected within defined timelines.
