Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales at the on-site flagship experience centre in Bengaluru in a full time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their lifestyle needs, showcasing collections, and recommending bespoke solutions that align with the brand’s luxury ethos. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from product presentation and demonstrations to closing sales, processing orders, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience. The Sales Executive will also maintain visual merchandising standards, track inventory, follow up with potential and existing clients, and support promotional events and brand activations.



Collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to provide customer insights and contribute to sales strategies is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in retail or showroom sales, preferably in luxury home, lifestyle, textiles, or interior-related segments.
Strong customer relationship skills, including consultative selling, client servicing, and the ability to build long-term connections with discerning buyers.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present products and brand stories confidently and clearly.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, handle negotiations, and manage the complete sales process with attention to detail.
Comfort working on-site in a premium retail environment, with strong professionalism, grooming, and a customer-centric mindset.
Basic proficiency in using POS systems, CRM tools, and standard office applications for order processing and sales reporting.
