Role Description This is a full-time Sales Associate (SaaS Sales) role in a hybrid work model, based in Bengaluru South with flexibility for some work-from-home.



The Sales Associate will identify and qualify prospective clients in the D2C, e-commerce, and quick commerce space, focusing on selling Tenovia’s SaaS offerings such as Tensight.ai and Tensight QC. Daily responsibilities include conducting discovery calls, presenting product demos, preparing proposals, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The role also involves maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to refine messaging and onboarding, and providing feedback on product features based on client conversations. The Sales Associate will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, build long-term client relationships, and represent Tenovia at industry events or virtual webinars as needed.

Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or e-commerce/analytics solutions sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue
