This is not a traditional HR administration role. You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to build Heal Easy's people operating system — from hiring the right people to developing them, measuring performance, strengthening culture, and creating an environment where strong people want to stay and grow.

?️ What You Will Own

1. Hire A-Players
• Proactively headhunt strong candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, communities and relevant companies.
• Build candidate pipelines instead of depending only on job portals.
• Create transparent role scorecards before hiring begins.
• Conduct structured screening and competency-based interviews.




• Build practical assessments for important roles.
• Evaluate candidates based on past performance, ownership, problem-solving and startup adaptability.
• Conduct reference checks for key hires and help close strong candidates.
Outcome: We hire people who perform, not merely people who interview well.

2. Build Strong Onboarding & Training
• Create structured onboarding journeys for new hires.
• Build role-specific training modules and learning plans.
• Identify skill gaps across the team and coordinate useful learning sessions.
• Help managers create development plans for their people.
Outcome: New employees understand the company, their role and what success looks like from the beginning.

3. Build a Performance & Accountability System
• Help every important role define clear outcomes, KPIs and KRIs.
• Establish weekly and monthly goal-setting and review rhythms.
• Make performance visible through simple dashboards.
