Someone who can go beyond posting content—understand the audience, analyse what works, and turn digital activity into meaningful engagement, leads and business growth.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content formats and platform behaviour, with the ability to turn ideas into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across relevant platforms.
Plan and execute social media calendars, campaigns and content strategies.
Create and coordinate engaging content including posts, reels, stories and campaigns.
Monitor social media performance and prepare regular performance reports.
Execute and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and other relevant platforms.
Conduct basic SEO, keyword and competitor research.
Track campaign performance, audience engagement, leads and conversions.
Analyse insights and use data to improve content and campaign performance.
Stay updated with social media trends, digital marketing practices and platform updates.
Coordinate with designers,



content creators and internal teams for timely execution.

Required Skills
Valuable understanding of Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Understanding of SEO, content strategy and digital campaign optimisation.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Strong communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Canva and AI-powered marketing/content tools is an advantage.
Experience & Qualification
1–3 years of relevant experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field preferred.
Freshers with strong practical knowledge, certifications or relevant project experience may also be considered.
