Role Description The Client Services Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, providing product and service information, and coordinating orders from initial request through delivery. The role includes handling day-to-day client communication, tracking project status, addressing service issues, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.



The representative will work closely with internal teams such as production, design, and finance to align client expectations with operational capabilities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, preparing basic reports, and supporting account growth through attentive and proactive service.
