About the role
We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join our firm’s office in Hyderabad, India. The Administration (Admin) team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of an organization. This team is responsible for a wide range of tasks that support the overall functioning of the company.

What you'll do
In this role, you will handle the end-to-end indirect procurement process by finding vendors and sourcing quotes, negotiating for best deals, finalizing the proposals, and recommending for PO/WO/AMC process and following up on deliveries post order placements. You will be responsible for strategic supplier selection and contract negotiations for all IT (10%) and non-IT (90%) requirements.
Additionally, you will be responsible for dealing with statutory authorities like STPI, Customs, GHMC, and Labor departments for various activities like import shipment clearance,



license registrations and renewals, etc., with the departments concerned. You will also be responsible for preparing presentations, dashboards, and reports.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold-
A graduate degree (any discipline) with 5-10 years of experience in the area of Administration Contract and Vendor management, Statutory affairs and Reports management, in large or mid-size organizations preferably in IT/ITES sector.
Qualities of a smart individual, and have good communication skills to effectively communicate with internal teams.
Proactiveness and be detail-oriented with valuable multitasking skills.
Post-graduation in Management or Certifications relevant to the responsibilities is preferred.
