Position Title: Service Now Technical Lead
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai , Pune, Mumbai
Role summary. Owns technical delivery quality across WSD, EAM, FSM, integrations, and WDF-related build activities. Acts as the bridge between solution architecture and development teams.
Key responsibilities
· Produce detailed technical designs.
· Lead and mentor developers.
· Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
· Build and oversee integrations, Flow Designer solutions, APIs, and WDF configurations.
· Support UI Builder, Service Portal, mobile, and workspace implementations.
· Manage deployment pipelines and setting governance.
· Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
· Ensure delivery quality and technical compliance.
Experience
· 8+ years ServiceNow development experience.
· Strong scripting, integration, and Flow Designer expertise.
· Experience leading implementation teams.
