Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Marketing Cloud Consultant with 7+ years of SAP experience and robust expertise in SAP Marketing Cloud SAP EmarsysSAP Marketing Cloud, customer engagement, campaign management, customer segmentation, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP Marketing Cloud implementation, rollout, and support projects. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from marketing and business stakeholders.
Design and configure customer segmentation, target groups, marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and lead management processes.
Implement personalized marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and social media.
Integrate SAP Marketing Cloud with SAP S4HANA,
SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud CDC, and third-party applications.
Configure marketing automation workflows, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
Develop customer analytics, dashboards, and marketing performance reports.
Support data migration, customer master data management, and data quality initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, CRM, Digital Commerce, and Analytics.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide performance optimization recommendations.
Mentor junior consultants and provide technical and functional guidance.
Participate in solution architecture discussions, effort estimation, and pre-sales activities where required.
Required Skills:
