Role Description The Parent Relationship Executive – Sales & Support is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role focuses on engaging and supporting parents as key stakeholders, handling inquiries, and providing clear information about programs, offerings, and processes. The executive will manage outbound and inbound calls, maintain accurate records in CRM systems,



and follow up on leads to drive enrollment and retention. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams, updating parents on campaigns or initiatives, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a high standard of service. The role also involves preparing basic reports on parent interactions, sharing feedback with the marketing and sales teams, and consistently representing Maven Marketing Agency in a qualified, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build trust with parents and internal stakeholders.
Customer service and relationship management skills, with experience handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term engagement.
Sales and support skills, such as lead follow-up, basic negotiation, and converting interest into confirmed participation or enrollment.
