About the role:
We are looking for a Product & UX Testing Intern to help us test and improve our live digital products.

Key Responsibilities:
Test live products across different user journeys and workflows.
Identify bugs, broken flows, usability issues, and inconsistencies.
Test websites and product features from a real user’s perspective.
Document issues clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and expected vs. actual behaviour.
Perform functional, regression, and usability testing.
Test products across different browsers and devices.
Work closely with product, design, and development teams to track and resolve issues.
Suggest improvements that can make the product simpler, clearer, and easier to use.
Retest fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved.

Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and curiosity about how products work.




Good understanding of websites, apps, and basic digital user flows.
Ability to think from a user’s perspective, not just identify technical errors.
