Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Coordinator to manage client requirements from concept to project completion. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinate with the internal design and production teams, ensure timely approvals, and supervise on-site execution to deliver projects successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client requirements, branding guidelines, timelines, and project expectations.
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely project updates.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Design Coordination
Discuss client requirements with the design team.
Coordinate artwork adaptations, layouts, and design revisions.
Ensure all creative outputs align with the client's brand guidelines and project scope.
Obtain client approvals for designs before production.
Estimation & Order Processing
Coordinate with the estimation team to prepare quotations.




Present estimates to clients and obtain approval.
Ensure approved estimates are communicated to the production team.
Prepare and maintain work orders and project documentation.
Production Coordination
Coordinate with printing and production departments.
Monitor production schedules and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion.
Resolve any production-related issues promptly.
Site Supervision
Plan and coordinate installation schedules with clients and installation teams.
Visit project sites to supervise installation and branding activities.
Ensure work is executed as per approved designs and quality standards.
Verify completion of work and obtain client sign-off wherever required.
Project Management
Track project progress from enquiry to final completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed specifications.
