About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Head to lead and manage

our operations across Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving

business growth, leading regional teams, strengthening client relationships, and

ensuring operational excellence while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee business operations across the Gujarat region.
Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies.
Achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
Manage, mentor, and motivate regional sales and operations teams.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers, channel partners, and

stakeholders.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Prepare regional sales forecasts, budgets,



and performance reports.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Operations, and

Marketing to ensure seamless execution.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related

field (MBA preferred).

7–13years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, or Regional

Operations.

Proven experience in leading regional teams and achieving business targets.
Strong understanding of the Gujarat market and business ecosystem.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management

skills.

Ability to travel extensively within Gujarat.
