Role Description The Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Director will oversee academic and administrative operations, ensuring that programs meet regulatory standards and institutional goals. Daily responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, supervising department heads, managing budgets and resources, and supporting faculty development and student success initiatives. The Director will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, represent the institute at academic and industry forums,



and drive continuous improvement in teaching, research, and outreach activities.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in academic leadership, institutional administration, or higher education management.
Strong skills in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making within an educational environment.
