Role Description The Human Resources and Training Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi NCR. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for clinic and corporate staff. The role manages the design and delivery of training programs, ensuring employees and clinicians receive consistent, high-quality development and compliance training. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with leadership to identify staffing needs,



maintaining HR policies and procedures, coordinating training schedules, tracking learning outcomes, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The manager will also handle HR documentation, assist with compensation and benefits processes, and ensure alignment with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, ESIC, EPF, payroll management, and employee relations is a must
Skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
Ability to create and maintain HR policies, handle documentation, and support compliance with relevant labor and healthcare regulations.
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams.
