Moments Event & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced event professional who understands large-scale events and can turn a client brief into a winning event concept — and a winning pitch into business.
What you’ll do:
✅ Meet corporate clients, understand their requirements & objectives
✅ Develop event concepts, branding ideas, presentations & pitch decks
✅ Handle large-scale Exhibitions, Conferences, Public Events, Corporate Events, Product Launches, Builder/Site Launches, Award Nights & more
✅ Present ideas confidently to senior management & decision-makers
✅ Identify and approach new corporate clients through networking, outreach, referrals and creative sales strategies
✅ Work closely with our creative, production & execution teams to take projects from brief to execution
Who we’re looking for:




✔️ 3+ years of relevant event industry experience
✔️ Strong understanding of corporate & large-format events
✔️ Excellent client servicing, presentation & communication skills
✔️ Ability to create strong event proposals and pitch decks
✔️ Business-development mindset with the confidence to generate and close recent opportunities
✔️ Someone who takes ownership, not just instructions
