We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior Manager Architect – Project & Design Management to join our team and play a key role in the development of landmark high-rise residential projects. Key Responsibilities
Drive design development and coordinate with consultants, internal stakeholders, and project teams.
Support project design reviews, documentation management, and consultant coordination throughout project lifecycles.
Maintain trackers and reports,



and provide daily updates to management.
Manage work orders, contracts, LOIs, Statements of Work (SOW), and consultant engagement processes.
Coordinate with Architecture, Interiors, Construction, Planning, Legal, Marketing, CRM, Accounts, and external consultants.
Ensure compliance with local bye-laws and development regulations, particularly for Noida and NCR projects.
Conduct site studies, design research, market benchmarking, and project positioning exercises.
Support technical coordination, project specifications, area calculations, and management presentations.
Coordinate project brochures, 3D visualizations, AV materials, and marketing collateral for residential developments.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, version control, approvals, and design records.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
12-15 years of experience in Architecture, Design Management, and Project
