Location: Gurgaon (100% On-site, Full-time)
Experience: 5–10 Years in R&D; / F&D; (Personal Care, Skincare, Haircare & Hygiene)
Education: Master’s Degree or higher in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or equivalent from a top-tier institution.

? Role Summary
The NPD — Formulation Chemist (R&D; + F&D;) will design and develop new formulations (NPD),



optimize existing formulations (EPD), and drive product development projects from concept to market launch. In this role you will design and develop current formulations, optimize existing formulations, and contribute to product development projects from concept to commercialization. Day-to-day tasks include conducting laboratory experiments, recording and analyzing data, performing stability and compatibility studies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. You will also support scale-up activities, participate in troubleshooting during production, and maintain accurate documentation following internal standards and industry best practices. This position requires close coordination with operations, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure successful implementation of new products.
