Role Description The Partner Support Intern role is an on-site internship based in Goregaon. The intern will assist in providing day-to-day support to Haptik’s partners, helping address product-related questions, resolving basic technical issues, and escalating complex queries to the appropriate teams.



Responsibilities include monitoring partner tickets or requests, documenting issues, gathering relevant data, and following up to ensure timely resolution. The role also involves collaborating with internal product and engineering teams, preparing straightforward reports or summaries on partner concerns, and contributing to improvements in partner support processes. The intern will interact regularly with partners, maintaining clear and professional communication while learning best practices in customer and technical support.
