Unifers.ai is building AI-powered solutions for contemporary sales and go-to-market teams. We’re looking for a performance marketer who can help us scale customer acquisition through data-driven digital marketing.

What you'll do ?

Plan, launch and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Own campaign performance from strategy and targeting to optimisation and reporting.
Analyse metrics such as CPC, CPL, CAC, conversion rates and ROAS to identify opportunities for improvement.
Run A/B tests across creatives, messaging, landing pages and audiences.
Work closely with the content, design and sales teams to build campaigns that generate qualified leads.
Develop and continuously optimise lead-generation funnels.
Track campaign performance and create regular reports with actionable insights.
Research competitors, audiences and emerging paid acquisition channels.
Experiment with new growth strategies and channels to improve customer acquisition.





What we're looking for ?

3-5 years of experience in performance marketing / paid acquisition / growth marketing.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and conversion funnels.
Comfortable working with data, analytics and experimentation.
Good understanding of landing pages, lead generation and conversion optimisation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Someone who is curious, proactive and enjoys testing new ideas.

Bonus Points :

Experience marketing B2B SaaS / AI / technology products.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel or similar analytics platforms.
Experience running campaigns for the US market.
Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing or email marketing.
