We are looking for a Social Media Strategist – Sr Manager who will own the end-to-end social media presence for multiple client brands and internal pages. This role goes beyond posting content - it is about building clear brand voices, running structured content engines, and driving real engagement and growth.

You will be responsible for shaping how brands show up on social platforms, ensuring creativity, consistency, and performance go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
Own social media strategy for multiple brands and internal pages.
Build monthly and campaign-based content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Meta, YouTube).
Align content with brand tone, audience insights, and business objectives.
Plan product launches, campaigns, collaborations, and always-on content streams.

2. Creative Direction & Execution
Brief designers, editors, and writers with explicit creative direction.
Ensure all content (reels, posts, stories, carousels, shorts) is on-brand, high-quality, and timely.
Review and approve content before publishing.




Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all platforms.

3. Client & Internal Collaboration
Act as the social media lead for assigned client accounts.
Work with founders, brand teams, and campaign managers to highlight:
Campaigns
Product launches
Influencer collaborations
Hiring, PR, and milestones
Ensure social media reflects the brand’s positioning and marketing goals.

4. Engagement & Community Building
Oversee comments, DMs, and interactions across all pages.
Guide tone of voice and response style.
Identify opportunities to participate in trends, conversations, and cultural moments.

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
Track and analyse content performance across platforms.
Monitor reach, engagement, growth, saves, and clicks.
Share insights and improve content strategy based on what works.
