Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Thane, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the schedule. The Sales Manager will lead client acquisition and relationship management efforts, identifying prospective affluent clients and nurturing long-term advisory relationships.



Responsibilities include presenting financial solutions across insurance, mutual funds, and investment products, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting revenue and growth targets. The role involves coordinating with advisory and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, service delivery, and ongoing portfolio reviews. The Sales Manager will also track market trends, maintain accurate sales reporting, and uphold the firm’s high standards of client care and ethical conduct.
Qualifications
Proven sales and business development skills in financial services, including client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue target achievement.
