Position: Senior Tender Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering and bid management process, particularly for Government (GOV) and Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) projects. The role will be responsible for identifying relevant tender opportunities, coordinating bid preparation, ensuring accurate and timely submissions, maintaining tender documentation, and tracking outcomes.




The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in tender documentation, bid preparation, proposal writing, market research, cost estimation, and stakeholder coordination, along with the ability to manage multiple bids and stringent deadlines simultaneously.
Key ResponsibilitiesTender Identification & Prospect Management
Monitor and track newly published tenders on a daily basis across relevant Government, PSU, and procurement portals.
Identify and evaluate relevant tender opportunities based on the organization's business capabilities, services, and growth objectives.
Maintain an updated and structured tender opportunity database, including key timelines, eligibility criteria, submission requirements, and status.
Conduct preliminary analysis of tender requirements, scope of work, eligibility criteria, commercial terms, and submission conditions.
