UAVGarage Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our Procurement Team in Navi Mumbai.

? Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / MBA (Preferred)
? Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
? Employment: Full-Time | Work From Office
? What You’ll Do
• Manage the procurement cycle from PR to PO
• Source and develop domestic & international vendors
• Compare quotations and negotiate pricing & commercial terms
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, warehouse and quality teams
• Maintain purchase records, POs, quotations and vendor databases
• Monitor inventory and prevent stock shortages
• Evaluate vendor performance and support cost optimization
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Service, R&D; and Finance teams
? What We’re Looking For
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & basic formulas
• Knowledge of ERP/inventory management software
• Understanding of electronics, drone components, batteries, connectors and communication equipment
• Ability to manage multiple procurement activities in a fast-paced setting
