Role Description As the Sales Leader and Co Founder for BookQik Marketplace, you will drive overall sales strategy and execution for the Jaipur market while helping shape the company’s growth vision. This is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur, involving close collaboration with the founding team and local business partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and onboarding local service providers, building and managing sales pipelines,



and developing strong relationships with small and independent businesses. You will analyze market trends, refine value propositions, and co-create marketing and outreach campaigns to increase marketplace adoption. The role also involves setting performance targets, mentoring early sales hires, gathering feedback from users and partners, and contributing to key product and operations decisions as a core member of the founding team.
Qualifications
Strong Sales skills with proven experience in business development, account management, and closing deals in a B2B or marketplace environment.
Solid Marketing capabilities, including go-to-market planning, local outreach, and working with digital or offline campaigns to drive acquisition and engagement.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present clearly, negotiate with business owners, and collaborate across teams.
