Role Description This is a full-time, in office Procurement Buyer role based at the Indo Nissin Foods facility in Rewari. The Procurement Buyer will be responsible for sourcing raw materials, packaging, and indirect goods and services in line with quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Day-to-day tasks include issuing purchase orders, negotiating prices and terms with suppliers,



monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely deliveries to support uninterrupted production. The role involves evaluating supplier performance, maintaining accurate procurement records, and coordinating with production, quality, finance, and logistics teams to address supply issues. The Procurement Buyer will also assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities, supporting vendor development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Strong procurement and sourcing capabilities, including supplier identification, negotiation, and contract management.
Ability to manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and delivery timelines using ERP or other procurement systems.
