What You'll Be Doing
Paid Advertising Campaign Management

Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
Conduct in-depth audience and keyword research to identify high-performing targeting opportunities.
Craft compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
Create, launch, and manage campaigns, optimizing bids, budgets, creatives,



and targeting for maximum performance.
Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify winning strategies.
Analyze campaign performance using advertising dashboards and analytics tools.
Generate weekly and monthly reports tracking KPIs such as impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
Monitor and optimize budgets to ensure efficient and scalable spending.
Stay updated with the latest platform updates, features, and best practices.

Performance Marketing Expertise
Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand business goals and target audiences.
Develop a strong understanding of marketing KPIs across different funnels (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).
Analyze user behavior and campaign data to uncover insights and growth opportunities.
Recommend strategies to improve conversion rates, funnel performance, and overall ROI.
