Glasafe is looking for a sharp, hands-on E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Manager to own and grow our business across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

This is NOT a typical marketplace operations role.
We want someone who can manage the entire business end-to-end — from getting orders dispatched correctly to building relationships with category managers and finding recent opportunities to grow revenue.

ROLE DESCRIPTION -
1. End-to-End Operations
• Own day-to-day e-commerce & quick-commerce operations
• Ensure inventory, orders, dispatches and fulfilment run smoothly
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and internal teams
• Identify operational gaps and build processes to eliminate them
• Track cancellations, SLA breaches, returns, stock-outs and other key metrics
2. Listings & Catalogue
• Manage and optimise product listings across platforms
• Ensure pricing, images, content, attributes and inventory are accurate
• Identify opportunities to improve discoverability and conversion
• Launch new SKUs and manage catalogue expansion
3. Platform & Category Manager Relationships




• Build strong relationships with category managers and platform teams
• Regularly discuss business performance, opportunities and growth plans
• Negotiate for better visibility, placements, campaigns and commercial opportunities
• Identify what is working and what isn't on each platform
4. Revenue Growth
• Take ownership of growing sales across e-commerce & quick-commerce channels
• Analyse sales, conversion, SKU performance, margins and platform-level data
• Identify underperforming products and create action plans
• Find opportunities to increase AOV, conversion and overall revenue
5. Ads & Promotions
• Run and optimise platform-level advertising where required
• Understand sponsored listings, visibility campaigns and promotional mechanics
• Allocate spends intelligently based on ROI and business potential
• Work with platform teams to maximise campaign opportunities
