Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Jaipur. The Receptionist will greet patients, manage check-in and check-out processes, and maintain a welcoming front desk environment. Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, and keeping patient records organized. The role also involves handling basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and coordinating with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. The Receptionist will support patients with information, provide courteous service,



and help maintain efficient workflows throughout the clinic.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills to engage patients professionally and courteously.
Proficiency in receptionist duties and clerical skills, including appointment scheduling, record keeping, and basic office administration.
Sound phone etiquette for handling inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and appointment confirmations.
Ability to use computer systems, practice management software, and basic office tools (email, spreadsheets, word processing).
Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or customer-facing environment is preferred.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy setting.
