Role Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect with 4+ years of professional experience to lead and execute architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, technical knowledge,



and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative architectural concepts and detailed design solutions.
Prepare and review working drawings, construction drawings, and presentations.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams.
Conduct site visits and ensure design execution aligns with approved drawings.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design quality.
Present concepts and design proposals to clients.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
4+ years of qualified experience in architecture and interior/design projects.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant design/3D visualization software.
