Position Purpose

The Consultant – Data Analytics is part of the TTEC Digital Analytics & Insights Experience (AIX) team, responsible for delivering data engineering, analytics, and API solutions that enable clients to transform raw transactional data into scalable, usable data structures and actionable insights.

The role combines hands-on technical expertise with solution design, project delivery, mentoring, and client collaboration. The Consultant will work closely with Data Scientists, Project Leads, Managers, and other technical teams across implementation, modernization, migration, and cloud-based data engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, transform, and structure raw data from multiple sources
Design, develop, and maintain scalable datasets and data pipelines
Improve data quality, reliability, performance, and processing efficiency




Design and implement cloud-based data engineering solutions
Develop solution architecture, technical designs, and implementation documentation
Develop and integrate REST services and APIs
Design, develop, test, and deploy API solutions using Apigee X and/or Apigee Edge
Create and maintain Swagger/OpenAPI specifications
Work with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and big data technologies
Develop and deploy containerized applications in Kubernetes-enabled environments
Implement CI/CD practices using tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins
Work independently on assigned projects while collaborating effectively with larger delivery teams
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Develop internal training materials, technical processes, and best practices
Mentor and cross-train junior engineers and team members
Provide technical guidance and support for co
