Senior Network Security Engineer – ZTNA Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Security Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions. The role focuses on driving secure access transformation initiatives, replacing legacy VPN architectures with identity-aware access models, and supporting enterprise-wide Zero Trust adoption across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business and security objectives into scalable Zero Trust access architectures.
Design, implement, and support enterprise-scale ZTNA solutions across global environments.
Lead secure access transformation initiatives, including migration from traditional VPN solutions to Zero Trust access models.
Develop least-privilege access frameworks based on user identity, device posture, and application context.
Design secure access solutions for remote employees, third-party partners, and privileged users.




Drive application segmentation and access policies aligned with Zero Trust principles.
Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to onboard applications into ZTNA platforms.
Design secure access strategies for internet-bound and private application access use cases.
Implement policy tuning, traffic steering, and user experience optimization within ZTNA environments.
Participate in security architecture reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise security standards.
Provide security visibility, telemetry analysis, risk reporting, and security posture assessment for access security platforms.
Support security audits, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement of Zero Trust frameworks.
Partner with global cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver secure access solutions.
Stay current with emerging security threats and advancements in Zero Trust technologies.
