About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect - Retail ERP to drive the design, integration, and evolution of enterprise retail platforms. In this role, you will bridge business and technology, translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across ERP, POS, CRM, and related retail systems.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration, real-time data synchronization, and operational excellence across retail business functions.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into solution architectures and technical designs.
Design and implement scalable integration solutions across ERP, POS, CRM, Finance, and other enterprise applications.
Define and maintain end-to-end architecture,



ensuring system interoperability, data consistency, security, scalability, and performance.
Drive solution design reviews, technical governance, and architecture best practices across projects.
Lead system integration initiatives using APIs, middleware platforms, messaging frameworks, and cloud integration services.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to integrations, data synchronization, security, and performance.
Create and maintain architecture documentation, including solution designs, integration patterns, data mappings, API specifications, and technical standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or a similar enterprise application architecture role.
