We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help us scale customer acquisition across global markets.

The Role

This is a hands-on performance marketing role. You will own paid acquisition end-to-end, from campaign strategy and setup to optimization, experimentation, measurement, and scaling.
You will personally manage campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other relevant paid platforms,



with a strong focus on acquiring high-quality users at sustainable economics.
You will work closely with the founders, product, content, and sales teams to identify the audiences, messages, creatives, and funnels that drive growth.
This is an chance to have significant ownership and directly influence Oraton's growth trajectory.

What You Will Do

Paid Acquisition
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other relevant channels.
Own campaign structures, targeting, bidding, budgets, audiences, creatives, and conversion objectives.
Manage and allocate marketing budgets based on campaign performance and growth opportunities.
Identify winning campaigns and systematically scale them while maintaining productive acquisition economics.
Continuously test new audiences, channels, creatives, messaging, offers, and campaign formats.
Experimentation & Optimization
Develop and run structured A/B tests across ads, audiences,
