Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative for the UK market, you will be responsible for identifying target accounts, engaging decision-makers, generating leads and building a strong sales pipeline for Ladera Technology.
The role will involve cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting,



account research, lead qualification, appointment setting and pipeline development.
You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to identify target accounts, understand prospect requirements and convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
This is a target-driven role for someone who enjoys outbound sales, prospecting and creating current business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential B2B customers across the UK.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of target accounts and prospects.
Identify relevant decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Develop personalized outreach based on the prospect’s business and technology requirements.
Conduct consistent follow-ups across multiple touchpoints.
