As we continue to expand our operations and teams, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our people, culture, recruitment, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations for the organisation.
Handle recruitment, talent acquisition and onboarding across departments.
Develop and maintain effective HR policies, processes and SOPs.
Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR records.
Drive employee engagement, performance management and retention initiatives.
Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace environment.
Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR databases.




Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies for key positions.
Support organisational restructuring and workforce planning as the business grows.
Build a strong company culture aligned with the Group’s values.
Manage HR MIS and provide regular reports to management.
Candidate Profile
BBA/MBAin Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
3–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Import & Export, nutraceutical,or growing business environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and people-management skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR functions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
