Hiring: Front Office Manager – Luxury 5-Star Resort
Location: Uttarakhand – Near Corbett National Park
Employment Type: Full-Time
CTC: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and well-groomed Front Office Manager to manage the complete Front Office operations of a luxury 5-star resort. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent English communication, and hands-on experience in luxury hotels/resorts.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day Front Office operations.
Lead, train, and develop the Front Office team.
Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out experiences.
Handle VIP, repeat, and important guests personally.
Resolve guest complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction.
Monitor room readiness and coordinate with Housekeeping & Maintenance teams.
Supervise reservations, arrivals, departures, billing, and guest accounts.
Act as Head Cashier and ensure accurate billing and cash handling.




Drive room/service upselling and support departmental revenue targets.
Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
Monitor occupancy, bookings, forecasts, and guest history.
Ensure compliance with hotel standards, SOPs, grooming, and service quality.

Candidate Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience in a 5-star hotel/resort is mandatory.
Hospitality Management qualification/technical education is mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills.
Pleasant personality, qualified grooming, and strong guest-handling skills.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Good knowledge of Front Office procedures and hotel software/PMS.
Experience in billing, cash handling, reservations, and guest relations.
Should be physically fit and comfortable walking across a large resort property.
Should be comfortable working in a remote resort location.
Flexibility to work late shifts, weekends, and during festive/peak seasons.
