About VYRL Media
VYRL Media is an influencer marketing company helping brands grow through creators, UGC, social-first content, and performance marketing. We work with brands across consumer, D2C, lifestyle, beauty, food, wellness, and other high-growth categories. We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Associate who can help us build and manage relationships with brands and turn those relationships into meaningful influencer marketing campaigns.

What you’ll do
Identify and reach out to potential brand clients across relevant categories.
Build and maintain relationships with brand managers, marketing teams, founders and agencies.
Understand brand objectives and translate them into influencer marketing solutions.
Prepare campaign proposals, creator recommendations, presentations and commercial proposals.
Manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach to negotiation and closure.
Coordinate with the influencer marketing and creative teams to develop relevant campaign ideas.




Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms with clients.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate CRM/pipeline records.
Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, creators, platforms, and emerging content formats.
Contribute to VYRL Media’s overall revenue and new-business growth.

What we’re looking for
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, brand partnerships, influencer marketing, advertising, or a related role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to confidently speak with brand managers and decision-makers.
Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, creators, and the influencer marketing ecosystem.
Robust negotiation and commercial understanding.
Ability to understand a client’s problem and pitch a relevant solution rather than simply selling a service.
Strong follow-up discipline and ownership of targets.
