Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bathinda. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding the agency’s portfolio of digital marketing and web development projects. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads,



conducting discovery meetings, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts in collaboration with internal teams. The Business Development Manager will work closely with marketing and delivery teams to align client needs with ClickOrMedia’s services, ensure smooth onboarding, and support long-term account growth. The role also involves tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, and contributing to strategic planning to drive revenue and strengthen the agency’s market position.
