About the Role
Prima Dermatology & Hair Transplant Centre is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive patient acquisition, build referral networks, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the centre.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with patients, doctors, corporate representatives, salons, wellness businesses and other potential referral partners, with a strong focus on converting opportunities into consultations and treatments.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Patient Acquisition
Identify and develop new sources of patient acquisition.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, partnerships and local business outreach.




Build relationships with potential patients and guide them towards consultations.
Follow up with leads and ensure maximum conversion from enquiry to consultation and treatment.
Achieve monthly patient acquisition and revenue targets.
2. Referral & Partnership Development
Develop referral relationships with:
General physicians and speciality doctors
Clinics and hospitals
Beauty salons and spas
Gyms and wellness centres
Corporate organisations
Hotels and other relevant businesses
Identify partnership opportunities that can generate consistent patient referrals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners.
3. Field Sales & Market Development
Conduct regular field visits across Chennai to identify business opportunities.
Understand the local market and identify potential referral sources.
Represent Prima professionally during meetings, networking events and business discussions.
Track competitor activities, pricing, offers and market trends.
