About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Lead to oversee financial operations, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Entertainment and/or E-commerce industry, with a robust understanding of high-volume transactions, revenue models, and digital business ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and audits
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and company laws
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A;)
Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimization
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors
Monitor and improve financial processes, controls, and systems
Analyze financial data to support business decision-making and growth strategies
Manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and receivables




Ensure accurate reporting of revenue streams (especially for digital/ecommerce models)

Key Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
Must have experience in Entertainment and/or E-commerce industry
Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, compliance, and financial regulations
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar ERP systems)
Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial modeling
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Skills

Experience handling high transaction volumes (e-commerce platforms)
Exposure to digital revenue models, subscriptions, or content monetization
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
