About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AGM – Office Leasing to lead end-to-end leasing for large-format Grade A commercial assets. The role will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, market intelligence, deal structuring, negotiation, and closure, while strengthening the project's market positioning and competitiveness.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with IPC firms, corporate occupiers, real estate consultants, and key decision-makers, along with a solid understanding of the Noida/Gurgaon commercial office market.

Key Responsibilities
1. Office Leasing & Business Development




Lead end-to-end leasing of large-format commercial office assets.
Identify and acquire potential corporate occupiers, anchor tenants and large mandates.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective tenants and leasing opportunities.
Drive lead generation, site visits, proposals, negotiations and transaction closures.
Achieve leasing targets in line with project business plans.
2. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Track micro-market trends across Noida and Gurgaon, including rentals, vacancy, absorption, demand and supply.
Benchmark the project against competing Grade A commercial developments.
Analyse market movements, tenant preferences and emerging occupier segments.
Contribute to pricing, commercial terms and project positioning strategy.
Provide actionable market intelligence to management for leasing decisions.
