Summary

The SAP IDM Consultant will focus on automating user management processes and ensuring seamless integration between SAP systems while maintaining robust security and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

User Provisioning: Automate user creation, modification, provisioning, de-provisioning, and password management across connected platforms.
System Integration: Connect SAP IDM with SAP ECC, S/4HANA using ABAP connectors.
Workflow Management: Configure and manage web-based approval workflows and role-based access control (RBAC).
Maintenance & Monitoring: Schedule and monitor IDM background jobs, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and apply system patches.

Key Requirements:

Experience:



3 to 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IDM implementation and administration.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of JavaScript & SQL scripts.
Foundational Knowledge: Solid understanding of SAP Security, authorization concepts, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).

Nice to Have:

Experience in supporting internal/external audits and access reviews.
Previous engagement with cross-functional teams in large-scale IAM projects.
