About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and creatively driven Video Editor / Senior Video Editor who can produce modern, high-performing video content at scale.
The role will primarily involve creating short-form video advertisements, social media videos, scene-based creatives, product videos, promotional content, and AI-generated videos for digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical editing skills, an excellent understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to combine traditional video-editing techniques with the latest AI-powered production tools. As part of a fast-paced start-up workplace, the candidate must be comfortable managing multiple projects, working with quick turnaround times and consistently delivering a high volume of quality videos.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize, edit and produce high-quality video advertisements for Meta, Instagram, YouTube,



LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
Create engaging short-form content, including Reels, Shorts, performance ads, promotional videos, product videos and scene-based narratives.
Convert scripts, briefs, storyboards and raw footage into visually compelling videos.
Create AI-led video content using text-to-video, image-to-video, generative animation, AI avatars, synthetic voiceovers and other emerging formats.
Use AI tools to generate scenes, backgrounds, characters, product environments, visual effects, transitions, and supporting creative assets.
Produce multiple video variations for advertising campaigns, including different hooks, openings, formats, durations, captions and calls to action.
Add motion graphics, kinetic typography, sound effects, music, transitions, colour grading and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific short-form videos.
