Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a hands-on VoIP development background to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of VoIP communication platform projects — CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service), UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service), and CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service). This is not a purely coordinative role — the ideal candidate has previously built VoIP communication systems and now leads teams that deliver them. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, own project timelines, communicate directly with international clients, and ensure projects ship on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards. Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end VoIP communication platform (CCaaS / UCaaS / CPaaS) implementation projects from initiation through deployment and post-implementation support.




· Gather business and technical requirements from clients and translate them into actionable plans.
· Prepare project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
· Coordinate with Development, QA, DevOps, Support, and Infrastructure teams.
· Track progress against milestones and ensure timely delivery.
· Run project kickoffs, status meetings, and client review meetings.
· Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
· Manage scope changes and maintain clear project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
· Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production rollout.
· Ensure successful deployment and customer acceptance.
· Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource utilisation.
· Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
· Ensure compliance with organisational quality standards and project methodologies.
