Role Description The Customer Service Operations Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Patna, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves managing day-to-day customer service operations, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and accurate responses across multiple communication channels. The specialist will monitor service performance, track customer satisfaction metrics,



and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality. Responsibilities also include documenting recurring issues, preparing operational reports, supporting the implementation of service policies, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
